Ultra high-quality 3" diameter woven patch with heatseal backing, made in the USA.
The Pioneer Cabin Collection of products pays homage to the most famous tree in the US, a Giant Sequoia named the “Pioneer Cabin Tree”, also known as "The Tunnel Tree" located in Calaveras Big Trees State Park, California. It was over 1,000 years old and on January 9th, 2017 fell down during a rain storm and flooding.
This giant Sequoia was over 33 feet (10m) wide and got its name from its distinctive hollow trunk, partially burnt by lightning strikes and forest fire leaving it with small compartments as in a log cabin, with the burnt core as a chimney, and a small opening as a backdoor. It was then that the famous tunnel was carved for cars and people to pass through as a tourist attraction that lead to it’s fame.
I'm building only 250 pair of Limited edition graphic skis and hand signing & numbering each ski so you will be one of only 250 skiers in the world with these rare J's on your feet!
