Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

We stand behind our gear and want you to feel confident every time you ride with us. All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled through our Returns Portal.


Start a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim

All requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal. During the request process, you will select the type of claim and upload photos of the product.

Please do not ship items back until your return has been approved and you have received instructions.


Returns

New Product Returns

You can return any new, unused item within 2 years of purchase as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new condition

  • All parts, accessories, and packaging are included

  • Photos are uploaded during the return request

  • The return is submitted within 2 years of the original purchase date

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a partial refund.


Our 5-Day Guarantee — "Love It or Send It Back"

Buying J products is 100% risk free. Use your new gear for up to 5 days, and if it's not the best you've ever owned, you can return it for a full refund within 2 years of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Valid for any J skis product (not just skis)

  • Product must show under 5 days of wear

  • Bindings must be removed before returning skis

  • The same exact item cannot be reordered solely to test it again

  • Damage beyond normal use may void the guarantee

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is approved and your item is received, your refund will be processed based on the option selected in your return request.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • If the original payment method is no longer active or cannot accept the refund, we will issue store credit to your customer account

Refunds are typically processed after the returned package is scanned by the carrier.


Exchanges

Exchange orders are created after your return tracking is active and scanned by the carrier.

To avoid your desired item selling out before your return is processed, we recommend selecting a refund or store credit and placing a new order separately.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your exchange becomes unavailable before processing:

  • A store credit will be issued for the unavailable item(s)

  • Any in-stock items in the exchange will still ship as normal


Shipping Costs & Return Labels

We use Redo Returns to manage all return shipping.

  • Customers may purchase Return Coverage at checkout through Redo

  • If Return Coverage was purchased, a free return label will be provided through the Returns Portal

  • If Return Coverage was not purchased, customers are responsible for the cost of the return label generated through our Returns Portal

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


2-Year Limited Warranty

All J products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.

Because our products are often limited edition, direct replacements are rarely available. When a warranty claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit for the amount paid

Items may only be warrantied once.

Please note: Approved warranty items are typically not required to be shipped back to us. We will review submitted photos and claim details to determine eligibility. If a return is required, we will provide instructions at that time.


What Is Covered

Examples of covered defects include:

  • Delamination or separation of materials

  • Structural failure

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Significant changes in performance caused by a defect


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including:

  • Base scratches or damage

  • Top sheet chips

  • Edge rust

  • Gradual flex softening

Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including:

  • Skiing on pavement, rocks, or other hard surfaces

  • Rail or park damage

  • Crossing skis

  • Improper storage or care

Cosmetic damage, including:

  • Dents

  • Faded graphics

  • Superficial scratches

Improper mounting or modification, including:

  • Binding damage caused by improper installation

  • Modifications to the product

  • Mounting performed using a paper template

  • Mounting performed by an uncertified technician


Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order date, you may request a price adjustment.

Requirements

  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase

  • The item must be identical to the one purchased

  • The item must be currently in stock

If approved, we will issue:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit — your choice


Black Friday – Cyber Monday Policy

All purchases made during the Black Friday through Cyber Monday promotional period are final with respect to pricing.

This means:

  • No price adjustments

  • No retroactive discounts

  • No promotional price matching
