How to request a return
A request to return product must be made by filling out the return request form at the bottom of this page. We will review your submission and then notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
New/Unused items can be returned as long as the return request form is submitted and the return is shipped within 366 days of the date of order. Items must be in new condition, with all tags attached.
Photos must be provided for any return, if you are not returning a ski simply select "not a ski" in the model drop down section. Use a single photo to fill the satisfied required photo fields.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you were approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The amount of time before you see a credit on your card is dependent on your payment provider so please contact them with any further inquires as to that timeline.
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item for our Money Back Guarantee. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you qualify for our warranty then we will provide a prepaid return label that can be used to send back any defective product.
Not seeing your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check with your bank and or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed depending on your card provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email to email@example.com or give us a call at (802) 585-1098 and we will help you troubleshoot.
