New/Unused items can be returned as long as the return request form is submitted and the return is shipped within 2 years of the date of order. Returned items must be in new condition, and include all parts. Photos must be provided for all returns.

All returns, warranties, and exchanges are now processed by Redo, regardless of whether you purchased free unlimited returns through Redo. To start your return request, click the “START A RETURN” button at the bottom of this page and follow the prompts through the Redo Returns portal.
