The legend is back and this time, he brought his water skis!!!
After many sleepless nights and bottles of Jack, we've once again wrapped up negotiations with Saucerboy's Hollywood agents to bring back his big mountain pro model Skibladezzz - PART III!
When Saucerboy's wife Sherry and I started scheming on this new graphic, we knew we had to go all in on one of the most iconic moments in ski history. Shane didn't just push the boundaries of big mountain skiing… he literally grabbed a pair of 70s jumping water skis, mounted his bindings, and sent it in a Matchstick Productions film segment! When Shane dropped in on those water skis, powder skiing was never the same again.
We brought back to life the vintage colors of the Stingray waterski, for a graphic that's absolutely unmistakable on the hill. A tribute to Shane and of course… Saucerboy himself. As Saucerboy says, "There's something really cool about getting scared. I don't know what." So put 'em on your feet, take a swig, wack your pole and drop in!
It's been a HUGE honor working with Sherry on these. She's one of the most passionate and positive forces I know for skiing, and the Shane McConkey Foundation has raised and given over $890,000 to inspire others to make a difference in the world. A generous portion of proceeds goes directly to the McConkey family. Thank you Sherry, Shane, and Ayla for everything you've given to skiing.
Only 200 made. Hand signed and numbered. THANK YOU SAUCERBOY!!! 🍺
