2 YEAR WARRANTY INFO

J skis stands behind its products like no other ski company, offering a two-year warranty on J brand products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is deemed defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost. All J brand products come with this warranty unless otherwise noted on the collection or product pages of that specific product. Other brands’ products will come with their own specific warranties, in which case we will contact those brands for you and inform you of your warranty options.

All warranty claims be supported by a copy of the original receipt, the name of the person who placed the order, or the order number. This warranty is non-transferable and is reserved for the original purchaser only.

Note: Due to the limited edition nature of all J skis products, we can’t guarantee replacements in the same graphic or colorway. In that case, we issue a refund or store credit for the amount you originally paid. We’ll cover up to two warranty claims per item—after that, you’re on the hook to purchase again!

All returns, warranties, and exchanges are now processed by Redo, regardless of whether you purchased free unlimited returns through Redo. Click the “SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM” button at the bottom of this page and follow the prompts through the Redo Returns portal to "File a Warranty Claim". We will review your submission and notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 days.
