We're building your new skis

I want to give you a quick update from the ski factory. While you’ve been lounging by the pool, we’ve been elbow deep in sawdust and epoxy building your NEW SKIS!

Over 200 new pairs a week are being hand built right here in North America and it’s almost time to slide them into a box and ship 'em directly to your front door! Check out these behind the scenes photos from the factory...

New J skis drop August 1st!

Jacques uses this custom machine to apply the perfect amount of adhesive to our bombproof UHMW sidewalls before adhering them flush against the Aspen wood core.

Each rack gets loaded with every material needed for a specific ski model and size, then wheeled over to the press where the magic happens!

Micaël builds a delicious ski sandwich! Epoxy on every layer, stacked bottom to top: base, edge, fiberglass, core, fiberglass, topsheet. The aluminum mold keeps everything locked in place.

Fresh off the printer! JF holds the new Allplay Limited Edition Matt Stikker artist collab topsheet. The print quality from our high-definition setup is seriously next level, every hand drawn line and color just pops!

Mégane carefully positions the topsheet with Dustin Van Wechel's incredible "Ram" painting on the Slacker ski. This ski instantly became a work of art.

Said slides the mold into the press where over a ton of pressure and high heat cure the materials into the final ski shape. Soon, Frankenstein will be brought to life... it's aliiiive!

Is that a monoski?! Nope. All our skis are pressed in pairs, then cut down the middle to separate. This "Sugar Shack" collab with Ryan Duggan is going to be an instant Vermont classic!

After the ski shape is cut on the CNC, Jacques rough sands the leftover materials, and then passes it on to be tuned by The Terminator. 🤖

Hand-made by robots! Meet our heavy metal armed artisans. These precision machines guarantee every pair of skis gets the same meticulous base finish. When it comes to lightning-fast bases, consistency is everything!

After RoboCop works his magic, this Escalator gets passed to the human crew for waxing, buffing, and final inspection. This Nibera Visuals collab is straight 🔥

Head Chef (AKA Factory owner) JF inspects the tune, admiring the consistent base finish. The result? Go fast, get high!

IT'S ON!!!
