Building your new skis

Hey!

I want to give you a quick update from the ski factory... while you’ve been lounging by the pool, we’ve been elbow deep in sawdust and epoxy building YOUR new skis!

Over 200 new pairs a week are being made right here in North America and it’s almost time to slide them into a box and ship 'em directly to your front door! Check out these behind the scenes photos from the factory...

New J skis drop August 1st!

The base and edges are glued together, then placed into the aluminum ski mold to create the shape of the sidecut.

Julien is layering carbon fiber stringers into The Escalator to give it that extra snappy responsiveness!

Is that a monoski?!?! All our skis are pressed in pairs before being cut along the edges to separate the pair. Said quality checks this pair before passing along to be cut out.
