Mount and ride your skis for 5 days and if you're not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return them for a different size, model or full refund. Those first 5 days can happen at any point during the season within the first 2 years of purchase date.

For example if you buy skis today, and your 5th day of skiing on them is 4 months from now, or even next season and you decide they're not the perfect ski for you - we've got your back! So long as the skis are in decent condition (i.e. look like they only have 5 days worth of use) they are eligible for a full refund.

Requests may be rejected if there's catastrophic damage caused by skier error during the first 5 days of use, at the discretion of the J skis Customer Service Manager. Bindings must be removed prior to returning a pair of skis. You cannot return a product, and then re-order the same model and size product... that just ain't right!
