5-day On Snow Guarantee

Mount and ride your skis for 5 days, and if you're not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return them for a different size, model, or a full refund. Those first 5 days can occur at any point during the season within the first 2 years from the purchase date.

For example, if you buy skis today, and your 5th day of skiing on them is 4 months from now or even next season, and you decide they're not the perfect ski for you—we've got your back! As long as the skis are in decent condition (i.e., look like they only have 5 days' worth of use), they are eligible for a full refund.

Requests may be rejected if there's catastrophic damage caused by skier error during the first 5 days of use, at the discretion of the J Skis Customer Service Manager. Bindings must be removed prior to returning a pair of skis. You cannot return a product and then re-order the same model and size product—that just ain't right!

All returns, warranties, and exchanges are now processed by Redo, regardless of whether you purchased free unlimited returns through Redo.
