How did we come up with these Black Friday ideas?
About a week before Black Friday, Ty (marketing guy) walked into my office with the realization that we hadn't decided our Black Friday promos yet... shit! We were so distracted by the launch of the Best Friend ski we spaced the biggest sales day of the year.
Anyways, after a few hours of tossing ideas around, our CS Manager Tara walked into the room and said "why don't you guys just ask the customers what they want to see? You do it with graphics so I don't see why we can't do the same here" BINGO!!! 💡
So that's what we did! One week before Black Friday we put out a call to our email/text lists asking what YOU, the people, wanted us to do for Black Friday. The response was nuts. In just under 48 hours we had over 1,000 epic ideas to sort through 🤯
We spent a whole day sifting through ideas to find the top 10 best, most popular, most realistic (haha) deals. Then we put those out to a vote to the same folks who came up with the ideas in the first place. This was even crazier... we received nearly 14,000 votes! What!!!
The top 3 deals at now our Black Friday deals. Each one is available for one day only, Friday - Sunday. To get the deal you want, simply purchase skis on the day of your deal. Quantities are limited so definitely order first thing.
