Sam Zahner has made a name for himself as one of today's rowdiest street skiers, so it super fun to collaborate with him on this new pro model Limited Edition graphic. He schemed up the "Street Rat" theme and we dialed in all the details until we had a really unique graphic with an awesome story behind it!
From the heart of the 973 in New Jersey, street rat Sam Zahner grew up making something out of the nothing on the small hills of the ice coast. He later made the journey to higher ground in Colorado enabling him to progress at the speed of thought on bigger terrain.
However he always felt most at home in the streets, where he and his crew of skiing misfits worked the night shift on the prowl for the next nasty urban terrain to challenge and destroy! They lug around more gear than a construction crew, working relentlessly through dark frigid nights on a mission to document skiing in the darkest back streets and alleyways of the snowiest and coldest cities across North America. After a long winter of hungry days and thirsty nights, they edit their footage into a work of art that blow minds and inspire other skiers around the world.
ABOUT FACTORY BLEMISH SKIS:
Blemish skis are brand new, however have a cosmetic defect in the graphic for example a small part of the top or base graphic is slightly off center or there is a gentle scuff that happened during handling at the factory. These cosmetic blemishes have no effect on the ski's performance or durability and most of the time you won't even be able to see the graphic defect. Sorry but I can NOT find out what the specific blemish is on a particular ski, it would be too time consuming, you likely won't even notice it yourself.
