CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB

Seeking a skier to work as customer service for J skis. This is a full time seasonal job, September - March, approximately 30-40 hours per week, some days/nights/weekends at $12/hour. 

Requirements:

  • You are a skier
  • Work in Burlington, VT
  • Reliable & can follow detailed instructions
  • Show up to work on time September - March
  • Sitting/standing at a desk the entire time (not skiing)
  • 30-40 hours per week, combination of days, nights, weekends 
  • Happy making $12/hour + discount ski gear (no additional benefits)

Customer Service Skills:

  • Patience
  • Awesome communicator
  • Great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of all ski products for multiple brands
  • Sales experience
  • Likes talking to other humans by phone and keyboard
  • Very fast at typing and clicking a mouse

Technical Skills:

  • Respond to emails in timely, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and call customers back
  • Communicate orders to warehouse
  • Manage returns and warranties 
  • Respond to live chat on website
  • Keep track of abandoned carts & contact
