Skis are made of fiberglass, wood, plastic, metal, etc. and all held together by epoxy glue. All of these materials are assembled by layering them inside an aluminum mold in the shape of your final ski. Here we are building the aluminum molds for the FIRST! ski. VIEW THE SKI
